Residencia 12 Octubre Bed & Breakfast - Madrid

The location of this place is convenient, just a short walk away from St Paul's Church, and our room had central heating along with a dining and sitting area.

Quiet hotel that has particularly good location near the metro. Clean rooms with a fridge, a dining area, and a sitting area, etc. Very kind and nice staff and attention to detail. Location close enough to the park, the Centre and Madrid. Nearby Los Asturianos - great place to chill out.

The room was good value. A microwave, a refrigerator, and kitchenware were a nice touch. Close vicinity, just 15 minutes on foot to Usera subway station, was a big plus...

The atmosphere was peaceful, my room had a fridge, dining and sitting areas, and the staff gave me a friendly reception.

The room had a private entrance and a balcony, which was a great touch for me. I loved having my own space and being able to enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchenette in the unit was a lifesaver. I could cook my own meals and save money on eating out. The washing machine in the apartment was really convenient. I didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat or carrying dirty clothes around. The air conditioning in the double room was a blessing during the hot summer days in Madrid. The view of the city from the unit was amazing. I enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful sight.

The shared bathroom was not my favorite. It was clean and well-maintained, but I prefer having a private bathroom for more comfort.

The apartment at Residencia 12 Octubre was just perfect for me as a budget traveler. It had a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and even a washing machine. It felt homey and convenient.

The shared bathroom was not my favorite, but hey, some people might not mind it at all.

Seating area: The seating area in our room felt like a cozy living room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. It was so comfortable that I could have spent the whole trip there with a good book and a cup of tea!

Noise: The walls in the residence were quite thin, and I could hear the comings and goings of other guests throughout the night.

We were actually surprised by the spacious rooms at Residencia 12 Octubre. The linens and towels were clean, and we appreciated the provided duvet. The hotel also had separate kitchen and bathroom facilities on each floor, a convenient feature. the availability of buses within a short distance made it easy to travel to the city center.

The noise levels during the night were a significant drawback. the thin walls allowed for disruptive sounds, such as people showering in the early hours and others getting up at dawn.

the rooms and common areas were clean, and the linens and towels provided were also clean. I appreciated the presence of a duvet in the room, which added to the comfort. the location was convenient with buses that took me to the center within a maximum distance of 5 minutes from the hotel.
